About the Role

The Receptionist - Diabetes & Endocrine Department is a frontline role at NSW Health, located at Liverpool Hospital. In this position you will be the welcoming face and provide exceptional customer care while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Manage eMR scheduling, bookings, and Medicare billing accurately.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative and reception duties.

Work Arrangements & Benefits

Selection Criteria
