About the Administration Team Leader Role
NSW Health is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to supervise high quality administrative services in a customer focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both frontline and secretarial staff
- Support Clinicians, nursing staff, revenue and senior admin officers
- Manage pay enquiries, leave, and rostering of administration staff
- Utilize IT systems including eMR, HP Records management (TRIM), Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Provide high level senior executive support ensuring excellent communication and customer service
