Administration Officer at NSW Health
Mona Vale Occupational Therapy Department is seeking an organised, flexible Administration Officer with demonstrated NSW Health experience at an A03/4 level. The role involves being the first face of the service, providing administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support to the Occupational Therapy Department.
- Support in resource management including Procurement, Fleet Cars, and Equipment Loan Pool.
- Provide 8 hours per week support to the BRACE and Falls Clinic.
- Utilise NSW Health applications and ensure accurate data entry.
- Interact professionally over the phone and in person as the first point of contact.
Requirements
- Experience in a public hospital administrative setting.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
- Proficiency in computers and NSW Health applications.
- Desirable experience with My Aged Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Work Environment
This permanent full-time position is primarily based at Mona Vale Community Health Centre with occasional requirements at Brookvale Community Health Centre.
Additional Information
This is a NSW Health Category A position requiring immunisation and screening as per NSW Health OASV Policy. Applicants must provide relevant vaccination evidence and complete the required assessments.
