About NSW Health
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health, and develop your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.
Achieve Something Great as an Administration Officer
Step into a role where customer service, teamwork, patient care, and a fast-paced environment come together to create a truly rewarding career. Become a vital part of our administration team at District Hospital, where your initiative and experience genuinely matter. Your commitment to high-quality administration will support multiple departments, ensuring the safe and seamless delivery of patient care. No two days look the same — one day you may be assisting in the Emergency Department, the next you’re supporting our inpatient wards. As a key point of contact, you’ll provide compassionate, efficient service to patients and their families, both face-to-face and over the phone. Join a dynamic, supportive team that values your contribution and encourages your professional growth. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to achieve something great.
Are You the Right Fit?
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a sharp attention to detail, a commitment to high-level administration support, and a genuine passion for helping others. If you’re someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team, you’ll feel right at home. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and adapt to the needs of different departments will make you an invaluable part of our patient-focused administration team.
