What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurate data entry of clinic appointments into the iSoft Patient Management System (iPM).
  • Maintaining filing systems and organising documentation for appointments.
  • Managing Electronic Medicare Billing and Electronic Patient Flow system.
  • Providing a frontline reception service for patients, visitors and staff.

Selection Criteria & Responsibilities

Applicants should have administration experience, competent IT skills including patient administration systems and Microsoft Office, excellent reception and customer service skills, strong communication abilities, teamwork orientation, and exceptional organisational skills. Professionalism in stressful situations and a commitment to development are essential.

Additional Information

This permanent full-time position is classified as Administration Officer Level 2 with remuneration between $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 per annum and 38 hours per week. Applicants should be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Car parking allocation at Blacktown Hospital is managed via a waitlist for new staff.
