Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 12 June 2026 (with the possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: General Admin Staff Grade 3
Remuneration: $36.10 per hour
Hours Per Week: 32

What You'll Be Doing
This Administration Officer - Materials Management role is responsible for managing and maintaining theatre consumable stock to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations. It involves ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating stock; maintaining accurate inventory records and par levels; responding to urgent supply needs; and working closely with clinical staff.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Previous experience in inventory management preferable.

This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases. The full list of requirements are outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 11).
