About the Role
The Administration Officer Future Workforce Support role at NSW Health provides comprehensive administrative support for student placement and pipeline programs within the Future Workforce Support Unit. This position supports day-to-day ClinConnect system administration and represents SWSLHD to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks for student placement and VET in Schools programs.
- Manage ClinConnect system administration and related compliance tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various programs including Work Experience and Internal Nursing facilitation.
- Work as part of a broader team to support Education & Organisational Development Services.
Professional Qualities
Candidates should demonstrate proven administrative support experience, familiarity with healthcare databases, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and organisational skills. A flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn content management systems are crucial. An Australian C-Class driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information
