About the Opportunity
Join our passionate team at the Drug and Alcohol Youth Service, part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD). This role supports young people in the community with administrative support and office management.
About the Role
This part-time role (19 hours per week) offers flexible workdays over a fortnight and requires consistent scheduling. The position is based in-office at Cabramatta Community Health Centre.
- Coordinate staff rosters with the Team Leader.
- Manage supplies, stationery, and office resources.
- Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date records both in hard copy and via Content Manager.
About You
We are seeking a positive, proactive, and team-oriented individual with experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Organization, attention to detail, and reliability are key, as is the possession of an Australian C-Class driver’s license. Applicants holding licenses from other states must convert their license to NSW within three months of appointment.
