Administration Officer Level 3, St George Mental Health Service

Remuneration: $71,072.43 - $73,287.41 per annum, plus superannuation

Hours Per Week: 38

Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team?

You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria

  • Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload.
  • Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
  • High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
  • High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the service.
  • Demonstrated experience in usage of electronic staff rostering system, managing/using online recruitment system; personnel information system and/or online building maintenance and office equipment/product supply.
  • Current drivers license and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
