About the Role: Digital Coordinator
As a Digital Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting ITSM ServiceNow applications, as well as publishing and maintaining content across web-based systems like intranet and internet platforms. You'll contribute technical expertise, assist with testing, and deploy system changes—all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and availability.
This position focuses on ensuring seamless operations across digital platforms such as ServiceNow, intranet, and other web-based systems. You will provide technical expertise, support system testing, enhance forms, and assist in content publishing. Your responsibilities include responding to support requests and maintaining system availability, offering a significant opportunity to impact daily operations and ongoing projects.
