About the Role - Client Service
The Client Service Officer Estate Planning and Administration role is a frontline position dealing with enquiries regarding estates, trusts and powers of attorney. The role involves managing high volumes of inbound correspondence via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, processing applications, conducting investigations, and collaborating with legal and professional services.
- Answering enquiries through various channels.
- Processing applications and managing documentation.
- Interpreting wills and legal documents.
- Coordinating with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
About the Role - Trust and Deceased Estate Administration
The role also includes specific responsibilities in Trust Administration and Deceased Estate Administration. Tasks include managing trust funds, processing claims, distributing assets, and maintaining communication with beneficiaries, solicitors, and financial institutions.
- Handling transactional work and fund inquiries.
- Interpreting legal documents and submission to courts.
- Maintaining professional, empathetic communications with beneficiaries.
Work Arrangements and Team Environment
This is a full-time position based in Parramatta at the Parramatta Justice Precinct Office. Initially, the candidate must work in the office full time for at least three months, after which a hybrid working arrangement (minimum three days in-office and up to two days work-from-home) may be negotiated.
