Job Description

Your Role as an Administration Assistant

As an Administration Assistant with Corrective Services NSW in the Sydney Metro Community Corrections team, you will be crucial in performing administrative and reception services. This role supports both internal and external clients, ensuring the delivery of quality services for the organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative support, including handling non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, and maintaining electronic and physical records. You will also provide essential support for meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Collate information effectively to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, particularly relating to assets.
  • Update records and databases diligently, ensuring compliance with records management processes to maintain accurate, correctly stored, and accessible information.
