Administration Assistant - NSW Department of Communities and Justice
This role is for an Administration Assistant within Sydney Metro Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW. A talent pool is being created for future ongoing and temporary roles within the Sydney Metropolitan area and will be valid for up to 18 months. This position offers a salary of $75,728 - $82,329 per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading (Clerk Grade 1/2).
Potential office locations include Bankstown, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, City (Darlinghurst), Fairfield, Hornsby, Leichhardt, Liverpool, Long Bay, Mount Druitt, Parklea, Parramatta, Penrith, Silverwater, St Leonards, Sutherland, and Windsor.
Your Role as an Administration Assistant
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative and reception services to both internal and external clients, supporting the delivery of quality services for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of administrative support tasks relating to the business, such as managing non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and physical file records, and assisting with meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including those related to assets.
- Update records and databases, ensuring compliance with records management processes for accuracy, correct storage, and accessibility of information.
