Your Role as an Administration Assistant at Corrective Services NSW
As an Administration Assistant within the Sydney Metro Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW, you will be instrumental in providing essential administrative and reception services. This role supports both internal and external clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of quality services across the organization. You will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, including non-complex client matters, word processing, accurate data entry, preparing correspondence, and meticulously maintaining electronic and physical file records. Your support will also extend to meetings and events, along with taking minutes.

What You'll Do
- Collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including those related to assets.
- Update records and databases, ensuring compliance with records management processes for accuracy, correct storage, and accessibility.
Applicants with prior administration experience and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency and competency in record management systems, are highly desirable. A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to learn and grow, demonstrating a strong understanding of its responsibilities.
