Administration Assistant

Sydney Metro Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW is creating a talent pool for future ongoing and temporary roles across various Sydney Metropolitan locations, valid for up to 18 months. This position offers a salary of $75,728 - $82,329 pa, plus super and leave loading.

Your Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and reception services to internal and external clients, supporting the delivery of quality services for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include a range of administrative support tasks, such as handling non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records, and assisting with meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including those related to assets.
  • Update records and databases, ensuring compliance with records management processes for accuracy, correct storage, and accessibility of information.

Applicants with previous administration experience and a high level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and competency in applications like record management systems, are desirable. The ability to learn and grow within the role is crucial for understanding its demands.
