Your Role as an Administration Assistant - Clerk Grade 1/2
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and reception services to both internal and external clients. Your support will be crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of quality services for the organisation.
This role involves a diverse range of administrative support functions. You will handle non-complex client matters, perform word processing and data entry, prepare correspondence, and accurately take minutes. Maintaining electronic and physical file records is a key responsibility, ensuring information is organised and accessible. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of meetings and events.
What You’ll Do
- Collate information effectively to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including those related to assets.
- Update records and databases, strictly complying with records management processes to ensure all information is accurate, correctly stored, and easily accessible.
Applicants with prior administration experience and a proven ability to demonstrate a high level of computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, are desirable. Competency in applications such as record management systems will also be highly valued. A willingness to learn and grow, coupled with a keen understanding of the role's evolving nature, will be essential for success.
