Your Opportunity as an Administration Assistant - Clerk Grade 1/2
As an Administration Assistant - Clerk Grade 1/2 within Sydney Metro Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW, you will be a vital part of the team. This role involves performing comprehensive administrative and reception services for both internal and external clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality services across the organisation. You will handle various administrative support tasks crucial to business operations, including managing non-complex client matters, word processing, and data entry.
- Providing administrative and reception services to support quality service delivery.
- Undertaking administrative support relating to business operations, including non-complex client matters.
- Performing word processing and accurate data entry.
- Preparing correspondence and taking minutes for meetings.
- Maintaining electronic and physical file records in compliance with management processes.
- Supporting the coordination of meetings and events.
- Collating information to assist in developing accurate documentation and reports, including asset-related information.
- Updating records and databases, ensuring information is accurate, correctly stored, and accessible.
