Your Role as an Administration Assistant, Clerk Grade 1/2

As an Administration Assistant, you will perform essential administrative and reception services for both internal and external clients. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and physical file records, and providing support for meetings and events.

What You'll Do

  • Collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including those related to assets.
  • Update records and databases, ensuring compliance with records management processes to maintain accuracy, correct storage, and accessibility of information.

Applicants with previous administration experience and a high level of computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and competency in applications such as record management systems, are highly desirable. The ability to learn and grow within the role is crucial for understanding its evolving demands.
