Locations: Bankstown, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, City (Darlinghurst), Fairfield, Hornsby, Leichhardt, Liverpool, Long Bay, Mount Druitt, Parklea, Parramatta, Penrith, Silverwater, St Leonards, Sutherland, and Windsor
Employment type: Talent Pool Creation - A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles within Sydney Metropolitan area and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
Salary: $75,728 - $82,329 pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 1/2)

Your Role
As an Administration Assistant Clerk Grade 1/2, you will perform administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. You will also undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.
What You’ll Do
- Ability to collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including in relation to assets.
- Ability to update records and databases, complying with records management processes to ensure information is accurate and is stored correctly and accessibly.
- Applicants with previous administration experience and ability to demonstrate a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as competency in applications such as record management systems is desirable.
- The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.
