Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets within Hubspot.
- Efficiently manage an inbox, corresponding promptly and professionally with patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners.
- Handle both inbound and outbound support calls.
- Troubleshoot login issues for web and mobile-based applications.
- Maintain and create new content for the company's knowledge base.
- Create and manage tasks for patients using RPM/CCM software.
- Complete other assigned projects or duties as needed.
- Work effectively in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM/ticketing software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Possess a self-driven and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare or medical billing experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with EHR/EMRs preferred, but not required.
Education & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Monday.com and Confluence.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMRs and CRM/ticketing software (preferred).
Computer Skills
Advanced proficiency with business software and various online platforms is essential for this role.
Training Schedule
The mandatory training period spans two weeks, Monday-Friday, from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Full attendance is crucial to ensure readiness before engaging with patients directly.

- Monthly bonus potential: Up to $1,000.

Pay Disclosure
The displayed compensation amount represents the total potential compensation (OTE), which includes potential monthly bonuses, as Nsight Health operates on a pay-for-performance model. Salary offers are determined by candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and education, and are aligned with external market data for the role’s level.
