Job Description
Client Executive Sales Food Production
Join NSF as a Client Executive and help build strategic partnerships with leading Food Production clients. In this role, you’ll grow and retain key accounts, expand adoption across NSF service lines, and serve as a primary point of accountability for an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition by identifying high-potential opportunities and prospecting senior decision-makers.
- Expand revenue and long-term value within assigned accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.
- Own executive relationships and coordinate seamless experiences across NSF service lines and geographies.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional account teams to deliver high-quality execution and collaboration.
- Facilitate strategic business reviews, track performance, and adjust plans to ensure outcomes stay on track.
- Drive commercial excellence through disciplined pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Identify, pilot, and scale new service models, tools, and engagement approaches.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic account management, client success, or enterprise sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience in the Food Production TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry or related fields.
- Senior-level network in the Food Production space preferred.
- Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $245,000 annually. Please note that the actual salary offered will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.
