  • Lead a team of external reviewers and supervise administration staff.
  • Coordinate with Scheme Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee email inbox management and provide first-class customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the UK Fresh Produce sector or related industries, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems are required. Higher education in Agriculture is preferred.
