Your visits will frequently address critical areas such as stress management, sleep improvement, nutritional guidance, routine health maintenance, and comprehensive chronic condition support. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual preventive and wellness visits.
- Provide support for chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, and insomnia.
- Guide patients in lifestyle changes and long-term health planning.
- Review laboratory results and effectively adjust care plans.
- Answer patient inquiries and deliver comprehensive health education.
- Maintain accurate visit documentation using streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows.
Qualifications
- Hold an FNP, ANP, AGNP, or PMHNP certification.
- Possess an active nursing license in at least one of these states: CA, FL, GA, NC, TX, or NY.
- Demonstrate comfort with lifestyle counseling and preventive care principles.
- Exhibit a patient-centered and compassionate communication style.
- Prior experience is helpful but not a mandatory requirement.
Schedule & Compensation
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $143,000, plus a discretionary bonus.
- Full-time position with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
- 100% remote work arrangement, leveraging telehealth technology.
