NPHire is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join a national telehealth program. This fully remote, flexible contract role focuses on delivering virtual psychiatric care. It is an ideal opportunity for PMHNPs who appreciate structured, focused visits and consistent patient flow, without the demands of in-person care or heavy administrative burdens.

As a Remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct brief psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and perform follow-up visits for common mental health conditions using a streamlined telehealth platform. Clinical support is readily available. New graduates with strong psychiatric training are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Provide medication management and treatment planning
• Monitor symptoms and treatment response
• Educate patients on medications and care plans
• Document visits accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with clinical team as needed

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state
• PMHNP board certification required
• DEA preferred but not required
• Comfortable managing psychiatric care via telehealth
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation

• $75–$100 per hour
