About the Opportunity

Neil Patel Accel (NPA) seeks an energetic, data-driven Paid Media Specialist (Search & Social) with 1-2 years experience managing paid search budgets over $280k per month. The role requires creating multi-channel strategies, direct client management, and driving campaign performance on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy for lead-gen and ecommerce.
  • Own measurement, tracking, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams for campaign success.
  • Create, set up, and optimize paid media campaigns using various ad platforms.
  • Monitor daily spend, report performance, and advise on strategic improvements.
  • Manage team activities including project management and prioritization.

About You

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on experience with paid Search & Social campaigns, proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager, strong creative and presentation skills, and a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset.

Compensation

Base Salary: USD 65,000 to 72,500 depending on experience, plus commission eligibility.
