About the Opportunity

The Associate Account Manager is a client-facing role at NP Digital that involves building and maintaining healthy client relationships while working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has a digital background, superior communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a digital agency environment. Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Group Account Directors and delivery teams.
  • Interface with clients, strategic leads, and account teams across industries.
  • Utilize web analytics and data-driven approaches to monitor campaigns.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of client businesses and industry trends.
  • Present agency perspectives, recommendations, and deliverables confidently.
  • Advocate for new technologies and provide strategic insights.
  • Define KPIs and deliver on client volume and ROI objectives.

About You

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing setting with excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Agency experience with account management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO practices and implementation.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with email, CRO, and offsite content marketing strategies.

Compensation

Base Salary: USD $55,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and skills. This role is commission eligible.
