As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Revenue Operations department is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of our enterprise go-to-market engine. This role is accountable for turning complex cybersecurity marketing motions into predictable, measurable, and scalable pipeline impact. Enterprise cybersecurity marketing involves long buying cycles, technical evaluators, multiple decision-makers, and tight alignment with Sales. This role exists to bring discipline, clarity, and truth to how marketing contributes to revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Independently manage and optimize the marketing tech stack supporting enterprise and ABM motions, exercising judgement in configuration, sequencing, and tradeoffs to support complex GTM needs.
  • Ensure clean, compliant, and reliable data flows across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on data governance.
  • Thoughtfully execute and evolve lead, contact, account, and opportunity lifecycles, making informed implementation decisions and adjustments based on business needs and data insights.
  • Own scoring, routing, prioritization, and SLAs.
  • Support account-based and opportunity-centric motions.
  • Build and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards, translating complex data into clear insights that guide marketing and sales execution decisions.
  • Own attribution models for long sales cycles.
  • Deliver insights that inform GTM strategy.
  • Independently operationalize complex enterprise and ABM campaigns, anticipating dependencies, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring reliable execution end-to-end.
  • Ensure campaigns are executable, trackable, and aligned to ICPs.
  • Manage email marketing strategy and activation in HubSpot.
  • Continuously improve and streamline marketing operations workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and scale while managing complexity with minimal oversight.
  • Automate where possible.
  • Act as Marketing’s primary RevOps partner.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in Marketing Ops or RevOps in B2B SaaS.
  • Enterprise sales motion experience.
  • 3+ years of expertise with Hubspot, Salesforce, attribution and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and lifecycle architecture.
  • Ability to push beyond vanity metrics.
  • Cybersecurity or highly technical SaaS experience is highly advantageous.
  • Ideally, experience with ABM and intent data platforms (not essential).
  • Advanced analytics or BI skills is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay scale for this position is $81,000 - $100,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs. In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program.
