Work Schedule

Options include B Shift (Fri-Sun) 6:50-7:00 PM or D Shift 6:50 PM-7:00 AM. This role works for 36 hours, yet pays for 40 hours.

How You'll Perform the Role

• Perform all required tasks safely and promptly.
• Adhere to safety rules, GMP and food safety protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas per standards.
• Meet production targets and quality requirements consistently.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Keep accurate production records and ensure proper machine maintenance.

What We Need From You

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience with a preference for three years factory experience. Basic reading, math, and communication skills are required. Ability to adjust and perform minor machine repairs is also necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting: at least 50 lbs
• Carrying: minimum 50 lbs
• Extended periods of standing, walking, pushing, and reaching
• Ability to work in various physical positions (crawling, kneeling, bending, climbing)
• Good visual and hearing capabilities
