Overview
The ESG Analyst at Novisto will interface with customers and support them through onboarding, adoption, and environment setup. You will deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs while translating customer needs into product requirements in collaboration with the product team.
Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to understand requirements.
- Support onboarding, environment management, and data input.
- Deliver ESG advisory services and executive-ready outputs.
- Share ESG best practices internally through training.
- Assist in testing and deploying platform functionalities.
- Collaborate with Product to refine workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance or related field with 3+ years in ESG, Sustainability, or similar domains. Must have deep ESG domain knowledge including materiality, GHG basics, and common frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS, GRI, CDP). Additional assets include experience in investor relations, governance, risk management, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, detail orientation, and a continuous learning mindset are critical.
