What You'll Be Building

• AI Evaluation Frameworks: Design and implement sophisticated evaluation systems for large language models and AI applications
• Scalable APIs: Build robust, high-performance APIs that handle complex AI evaluation workflows
• ML Pipeline Architecture: Create and optimize machine learning pipelines for real-time AI assessment
• Integration Solutions: Develop seamless integrations with popular AI frameworks and platforms
• Performance Optimization: Ensure our evaluation systems can scale to handle enterprise-level workloads

Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of Python development with deep expertise in modern Python practices
• API Development Experience: Proven track record in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• AI/ML Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas
• Data Processing Skills: Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
• Software Engineering Best Practices: Strong understanding of testing, version control, and code quality

Professional Background

• Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration; Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure); CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
• Advanced AI Experience: Deep learning model development and deployment; Experience with transformer architectures and large language models; Knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies and metrics; Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
