Overview
Novartis is seeking a temporary contractor for the role of Project Coordinator Strategy. This position supports the Strategy team by providing vital administrative and logistical support to ensure high quality and timely execution of operational tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistic support to the Strategy team. Coordinate workstreams, follow up on action items, and assist in advanced operational tasks.
Key Tasks
- Organize multi-stakeholder meetings and prepare meeting logistics.
- Arrange facilities for speakers and participants.
- Ensure deliverables are high quality and on time.
- Coordinate scheduling, site access, and onsite support.
- Act as a point of contact for consultants with IT and printing support.
Performance Indicators
Success is measured by timely task delivery, quality of outputs, and positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Competencies & Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, operational excellence, business acumen, and excellent organizing and planning capabilities are required. Education required is an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of experience, preferably in Pharma or sales operations.
Location & Schedule
This role is based in East Hanover, NJ and can be performed remotely with working hours from 8-5pm ET, ensuring 6 hours of overlap to support teams in Mexico, India, and California.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate ranges from $34.92 to $44.81/hr, based on experience. Contract is for 12-months with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
