About The Role

Within the Business Excellence & Execution Directorate and specifically the Business Insights & Strategy team, you will work closely with a Strategic Analyst and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical and Finance teams. Your responsibilities include supporting strategic thinking across various therapeutic areas by:

  • Implementing and coordinating market studies from identification to analysis and sharing of results with marketing teams.
  • Developing financial forecasts for product sales based on market trends and competitive events in collaboration with finance.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting commercial performance to support marketing and sales strategy adjustments.
  • Assisting sales management by coordinating sales force activities and providing analytical support and tracking tools.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and business cases.

Role Requirements

This alternance position is ideally for Master level candidates looking for a 1-2 year work-study opportunity. Fluency in English is required, along with ideally having prior experience in strategy consulting, finance, or strategic marketing. Experience in the biomedical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is expected; familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage. The ideal candidate is curious, rigorous, organized, able to manage deadlines and pressure, with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and a collaborative team mindset.
