We design and implement website and WhatsApp chatbots, automated lead capture systems, and simple but scalable workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve response speed. Role Description
This is a remote, project-based collaboration role. You will work on designing and implementing AI-powered chatbots and automation workflows for real client projects. Typical responsibilities include:
- Building chatbot flows (e.g., Voiceflow or similar platforms)
- Configuring automation logic and integrations
- Connecting forms, lead capture systems, and basic API/webhook integrations
- Testing, debugging, and optimizing user flows
- Documenting implementation for long-term maintainability
This role is execution-focused and suitable for someone who enjoys turning business problems into working automation systems.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or no-code automation platforms
- Understanding of chatbot logic and conversational flows
- Basic knowledge of APIs / webhooks (advantage)
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good written communication skills
- Prior experience in chatbot or automation projects is a strong advantage.
