  • 📈 Strategic Portfolio Growth – Lead and scale a multi-million-dollar advocacy and partnership portfolio with measurable policy, cultural, and economic impact.

What we are looking for:

  • Deep understanding of U.S. foreign policy, congressional appropriations, and bipartisan coalition building.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders across Congress, the media, business communities, and the diaspora.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments with a focus on relationship-building and innovation.

What you will do:

  • Secure bipartisan congressional support for multi-year assistance and lead legislative strategies at the state level.
  • Facilitate $500M+ in private investment and business partnerships to support Ukraine’s recovery in sectors like technology, agriculture, and renewable energy.
  • Establish permanent Ukrainian-American cultural institutions and strengthen diaspora engagement, including U.S. Census initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction for in-country programs in Ukraine focused on civil society, anti-corruption, and democratic governance.
  • Drive the narrative shift toward Ukraine as a strategic democratic partner through sophisticated messaging and digital advocacy.
