Role Overview
For the Sourcer role, you will work part-time as a market researcher and sourcer. Your responsibilities include identifying outstanding candidates from early stage SaaS startups across all levels including individual contributors to executives in both technical and non-technical areas.
How It Works
- Collaborate with hiring teams and align on candidate profiles.
- Receive job orders from ~20 startups and review notes from recruiters.
- Research candidate profiles and add qualified leads to projects.
- A majority of work is in EPD (from IC to exec) with additional GTM and G&A opportunities.
- This position requires strong technical acumen.
