About the Role

The IT Business Application & AI Manager at Nova Ltd leads a team that manages enterprise business applications and drives AI initiatives to optimize global operations. The role involves managing projects, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving digital transformation to support business efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the business applications team for smooth operations.
  • Drive business application and AI projects to meet company goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and software licenses for optimal service.
  • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise applications such as Agile, HCM, Atlassian suite, DocuSign, and MS suite.
  • Establish IT governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and PII.
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving or leveraging existing systems.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives utilizing AI and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance application functionality.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensure IT strategies and policies align across regions to support global objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 4 years of team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing business applications or leading IT projects.
  • Expertise in enterprise applications like HCM, Agile, Atlassian Suite, DocuSign, and MS suite.
  • Familiarity with ALM Atlassian, Agile/Scrum methodologies, IT governance and compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
