About the Role

The Global Service Business Manager at Nova is responsible for driving service revenue and profitability. You will lead, oversee, and ensure achievement of yearly service goals by understanding customer needs and aligning global territories with Divisions and the Global HQ service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase global service revenues by boosting VAS & Contracts sales.
  • Develop new VAS with Product Divisions and manage ongoing PLC.
  • Prepare and update marketing collateral for VAS and contract sales.
  • Craft precise service sales opportunities to match customer needs.
  • Manage the service price list with yearly updates and new product introductions.
  • Analyze quarterly service results and trends to maximize revenue and GM.
  • Lead territories from target planning through successful execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as a Service Manager in a multidisciplinary company.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in value-added solutions and negotiation.
  • Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering (MBA is an advantage).
  • Semiconductor process/control market experience is a plus.
  • 2 years as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
