What You'll Achieve

- Lead discovery and design solution approaches in Notion that span knowledge management, projects, and databases, including data modeling and information architecture at scale
- Deliver persuasive executive-level presentations & demos, and facilitate hands-on pilots/POCs that prove value, adoption, and measurable ROI
- Guide enterprise security, privacy, and procurement processes including RFPs, DPA reviews, and risk assessments in partnership with Security and Legal
- Build proof-of-concepts and example workspaces that showcase how Notion consolidates point tools and enables cross-functional workflows
- Capture and communicate structured product feedback and enterprise requirements to Product and Engineering; influence roadmap with clear use cases and impact
- Contribute enablement content for sales and SE teams, including demo assets, talk tracks, competitive insights, and repeatable playbooks for enterprise use cases
- Document patterns, field learnings, and best practices to strengthen our internal knowledge base and accelerate future deals
Skills You'll Need To Bring
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions/Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Track record supporting complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, security reviews, and procurement cycles
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, from white-boarding architectures to executive-level value framing
- Strong project leadership with the ability to run multiple evaluations in parallel, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver crisp next steps
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
Nice To Haves

- Experience working in early stage companies & building processes
- Exposure to AI/automation use cases and platform extensibility, including AI Agents and integrations with AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Salesforce
