Work Arrangement
This role requires in-office presence on designated Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). Certain positions may require additional in-office workdays.
About the Role
The Digital Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and executing Notion’s CX Digital Strategy across the post-sales journey. Acting as a product leader for digital customer experience, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across channels such as Help Center, chatbot/AI, in-product education, lifecycle, and social support.
Key Responsibilities
- Define multi-quarter digital CX strategy and roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional pod spanning multiple teams.
- Drive improvements in self-service resolution and CSAT.
- Collaborate with CX Engineering and Business Technology on AI capabilities.
- Establish KPI frameworks and monitor performance.
- Ensure quality and compliance across digital CX assets.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should have 8+ years in product management, program management, digital CX, or related strategy roles. Proven experience in building scalable customer experiences and strong analytical skills are essential. Must demonstrate excellence in cross-functional leadership and effective stakeholder influence, with familiarity in modern CX stacks and AI capabilities.
Nice To Haves
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, working with regional support leaders, and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and digital experimentation tooling.
