About the Role - Brand Copywriter

You will join Notion's Creative Studio, working alongside designers, illustrators, and filmmakers to serve creative needs across the company. In this role, you will bring Notion's voice to life as you collaborate on brand campaigns, product launches, and other high-impact initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with creatives and marketers to develop campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Create tools and guidelines to help teams maintain Notion's unique voice.
  • Craft copy for various mediums including headlines, scripts, ads, landing pages, emails, and OOH.
  • Deeply understand Notion's products, audiences, and objectives to inform your creative work.
  • Present creative work with confidence to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.

What You Will Bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a brand and marketing copywriter in both agency and in-house settings.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing campaign-oriented, storytelling work.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, able to simplify complex ideas into compelling stories.
  • Experience collaborating with visual designers, motion designers, filmmakers, and strategists.

Nice to Have

  • Experience from a design-forward or product-led company.
  • Familiarity with performance creative testing and result interpretation.
  • Being a Notion power user.
