About the role
Administrative Coordinator
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a 4-day work week. This role involves supporting service initiatives through project coordination and administrative task management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client support skills, with the ability to adapt and anticipate needs to enhance client and market programs.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing projects, clarifying needs and deadlines with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to all standards and timelines.
- Support brand campaigns and process merchandise orders.
- Contribute to updating and maintaining the SharePoint intranet.
- Oversee outsourced initiatives such as printing and translation.
- Coordinate client survey meetings, internal meetings, and manage tables for awards events.
- Complete new client inquiry forms.
- Manage suites and tickets for sports events.
Administrative Support
- Process invoices and manage vendor agreements and team contracts in compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Accurately enter and confirm purchase order information in the system.
- Coordinate with Clients and Markets team members to ensure purchase order and procurement data meet requirements.
- Request information on virtual credit card expenses and reconcile these expenses.
- Assist with data entry and updates in the CRM as needed.
- Coordinate budgets and facilitate regular updates to the national team.
