Job Description
The System Integration Analyst II, EPIC PB Resolute plays a key role in ensuring accurate processing of patient charges and optimal utilization of our electronic medical records system. The role supports revenue cycle functions and system technologies used by the PB Coding department. This position involves collaboration across business owners, clinical leadership, IT, and finance to resolve system and user issues, manage system upgrades, and develop efficient workflows.
- Partner with revenue cycle teams and IT to diagnose issues.
- Submit, track, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop workflows, claim scrub edits, and reporting dashboards.
- Configure Epic system settings and maintain quality metrics.
- Mentor team members and support cross-department projects.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, minimum 5 years in healthcare/business/IT operations, Epic certification in at least one module, proficient in Microsoft Office, project management experience, and experience with physician coding or Epic Resolute Billing. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
Preferred: Experience with EPIC (Resolute Professional Billing System), RHIA/RHIT/CPC/CCS certifications.
