Job Summary: Clinical Operations Manager

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinical functions, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care. This role supervises clinical staff, compounding lab staff, and the biologics team, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and evaluate clinical coordinator work activities.
  • Identify developmental needs and provide training opportunities.
  • Resolve patient issues and suggest effective solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Oversee fiscal operations, including budget planning and expenditures.
  • Work with physicians and managers to optimize clinic workflows.
  • Participate in EHR improvements with the advising physician team.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Five years in clinical management, patient care credential, team management experience, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, understanding of revenue cycle in ambulatory care, EMR experience, and excellent dispute resolution skills.
