Administrative Support Associate
This role assists in performing diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will:
- Type various correspondence, reports, and articles.
- Greet and direct visitors effectively.
- Answer telephones, take messages, and direct intercom pages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain department/office files, record keeping, and patient record filing.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Collect payments.
- Keep inventory and order supplies for the department/office.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. All responsibilities are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Job Qualifications
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of relevant experience.
