About the Opportunity
Northspyre is looking for an innovative Product Designer to shape the user experience of our core platform and future products used by real estate developers managing billions in project volume. This fast-paced, autonomous, and cross-functional role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive product experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with user insights.
- Advocate for design thinking to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Work with Engineering to implement polished final products.
- Integrate user feedback, analytics, and research into design decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and component library.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Strong UX and UI skills with a demonstrable portfolio.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead design in a collaborative setting.
- Excellent communication and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in the real estate development industry.
