At Northrop Grumman, our employees work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives globally. As a Project Manager, you will oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the vital liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management.
Responsibilities
Project & Process Management: Coordinate training initiatives, track project progress using PM tools, and support cross-site efforts related to compliance and business process optimization.
Training Coordination: Schedule training events, maintain records in the LMS, update SharePoint, and assist in developing SOPs and job aids.
Staffing & Onboarding Support: Manage Talent Reserve Sheet (TRS) data, coordinate onboarding tasks, and support headcount tracking.
Communication & Reporting: Prepare training bulletins, staffing reports, monitor project status, and escalate candidate risks as needed.
Basic and Preferred Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of project management experience (or equivalent combinations). Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential. Preferred experience includes current DoD Secret Security Clearance and familiarity with SharePoint.
Additional Details
Travel is required 10% of the time. This position is located in Clearfield, UT. Salary range is from $63,800.00 to $95,800.00, with additional benefits such as overtime, bonuses, health insurance, and paid time off.
