What You'll Get To Do:

• Manage a team of 10-15 technical staff.
• Oversee administrative functions: staffing, performance, and compensation.
• Lead program engineering for hardware design and deployment projects.
• Perform technical work including IPT leadership and software debugging.
• Collaborate with program management for cost, schedule, and hiring targets.

This is a dual-role position where approximately 80% of the time is spent on program duties and 20% on functional management. Your role includes technical leadership, team development and ensuring efficient engineering processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years experience (or equivalent advanced degree requirements).
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams of 10 or more.
• Lab environment experience and expertise in automating tests.
• Track record designing and implementing software solutions.
