Job Description

Overview

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Business Development Specialist responsible for outbound marketing and revenue generation. This role requires daily travel in the Nebraska market (Lincoln & Omaha) while working remotely. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and supports our mission of saving lives and restoring relationships.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Service and establish referral sources to drive revenue.
  • Plan territory activities to ensure retention and growth of referral sources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, Billing, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Utilize CRM tools for planning, forecasting, and business intelligence.
  • Represent Northpoint Recovery at trade shows, conventions, and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of business development experience in behavioral health.
  • Experience in adult substance abuse and/or adolescent populations is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as KIPU.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
