Overview
Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Business Development Specialist responsible for outbound marketing and revenue generation. This role requires daily travel in the Nebraska market (Lincoln & Omaha) while working remotely. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and supports our mission of saving lives and restoring relationships.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial and operational goals.
- Service and establish referral sources to drive revenue.
- Plan territory activities to ensure retention and growth of referral sources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, Billing, Marketing, and other teams.
- Utilize CRM tools for planning, forecasting, and business intelligence.
- Represent Northpoint Recovery at trade shows, conventions, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of business development experience in behavioral health.
- Experience in adult substance abuse and/or adolescent populations is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems such as KIPU.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and resolve issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
