Who You Are
You are a current bachelor’s or master’s student in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Operations Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, Public Policy, or related fields, expecting graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2027 with a minimum 3.0 GPA. You have proven analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, paired with demonstrated leadership and teamwork experiences. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
What You’ll Do
As an intern in the Strategic Change Data & Digital division, you will join a team focused on enterprise transformation. Based on your interests and skills, you will work on real-world projects including product design, data governance, analytics, change management, and digital modernization over a ten week period in Chicago, IL.
- Contribute to projects in product design and UX research.
- Support data governance, policy development, and analytics.
- Engage in change initiatives and stakeholder management.
- Participate in weekly events, mentorship programs and networking.
- Work on initiatives spanning digital modernization and agile delivery.
The Program
The internship lasts ten weeks in Chicago, IL and includes various program opportunities:
- Lunch & Learns with Leaders
- Professional development workshops
- Social events, Intern Case Challenge Project
- Volunteer events, Mentorship and networking
Sample Projects
- Enhance user experiences on digital platforms with product designers.
- Support agile delivery and enterprise data product management.
- Assist in metadata management, policy development, and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to data science projects and business insights.
- Participate in change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is $35.00 USD per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, health benefits, paid time off, and a discretionary bonus program.
