Role Overview

The Insider Threat Intelligence Analyst will lead our insider-threat intelligence operations. This role involves collecting intelligence on nation-state insider threat activities and driving operational investigations. The candidate will manage complex insider threat investigations and collaborate with various teams including Insider Hunting, Cyber Threat Hunting, and Insider Risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Priority Intelligence Requirements for state-sponsored espionage.
  • Collect, analyze, and process intelligence on nation-state operations.
  • Lead the development of the Insider Monitoring program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and government partners.
  • Support detection engineering and Purple Team operations.
  • Drive technical investigations and escalate malicious activities.

Required Skills / Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity or the US Intelligence Community with experience in Foreign Intelligence, HUMINT, Cyber Espionage, and Counter-intelligence operations. Strong understanding of nation-state insider threat activities, TTPs, supply-chain risks, and the ability to manage complex projects. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications and completed courses in US Military or Government Source Operations, Joint Counter-Intelligence Training Academy, and experience as a Counter-Intelligence Agent.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $114,500 - 194,700 USD plus comprehensive benefits including retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and a discretionary bonus program.
